added bullet upgrades

poison damage - bullets deal half their damage over 8 secs, new damage adds to poison and reset duration, if damage exceeds health poison accelerates by a factor of 4

fire damage - does 8 damage over 4 secs stacks non concurrently

penetration - same as previous penetration

yellow upgrade - bullets now track to a new target if one is in range after hitting, uses penetration for number of bounces may change in the future    

removed innate penetration from guns
